Tony VIncent's - Learning in Hand Show #30 is about making infopics. An infopic is a photo with text layered on top that is designed to communicate a message. Twitter - are you still on the fence?
Sorry... but if you want to keep up in education... I really think this is one of the best tools period. If you follow someone and they are tweeting all day about the hamburger they just ate at McDonalds.... you are following the wrong person! It's all about who you follow and the hashtags you follow. Google Chrome
Ginger is a grammar and Spell checker extension that get some great reviews.  (Here at Norris, I have added it to our nsdtitans.org Chrome Web store of recommended apps.) 

AMESOME TOOL!!  This may be one of the best accessibility apps for Chrome.  You have to check it out, even if you do not need it. Announcify.  It reads the web page to you, and greys-out the area's it is not currently reading.  Really Cool!   Combine it with the Clearly Extension for simply cleaning up the web page for online reading and you have a powerful duo!

We recently added EDUClipper to our Google Apps Domain.  This product get a lot of great reviews, so if you have not looked at it, now may be the time to check it out. This may be one to share with elementary parents. - http://www.zoowhiz.com/ Easily adaptable system to make learning fun & interactive for children j.mp/Q6peev  It's designed  for a parent to create an account for their child.  It's free, but does have additional content for a subscription price too. (It took me a while to setup a child and parent account, but looked like it would be worth the effort.)

Best Web 2.0 Classroom Tools Chosen By Teachers.  These are some great lists and tools! 

Some great YouTube tools:
Dragontape – Create Custom YouTube Mixes. This site allows you to search for YouTube videos and drag them to a timeline. You can then trim each movie’s beginning and ending points. http://teachamazing.com/dragontape-create-custom-youtube-mixes/

Install the Quietube bookmarklet (quietube.com) to show YouTube videos without all the distractions and ads.  I like this one, because it does not load an extension, etc... It is just a book mark on your bookmark bar. 

Annotate web pages with this site:
Use Bounce (bounceapp.com) to annotate a website for students to use in a lesson. This is a really nice tool, but it tool me a few seconds to figure out where to find your page link once you have annotated a web page. It is different than just grabbing a screenshot, you will see what I mean with the following link:
